Long term Capital gain tax upto 30 lakhs may please be exempted once in a period of 5 years as lower income group sell their immovable assets for educational and marriage purposes. 3 to 5 lakhs as capital gain tax is very harsh.

Rammandir is an historic milestone of Indian civilisation. There are many connecting points with the same but are still in dark.E.g. WalhekarWadi, Near Pune is the birthplace of Maharshi Walmiki. Other places like Kishkindha, Birth place of Lord Hanuman too need some support. I suggest some budget to develop and connect such dots. Also, may I suggest, If Ram Mandir Pratishthan can coordinate the same centrally, it will bring harmony and boost cultural integration.

yoga , meditation ,ayurveda, spirituality and ancient healing technique must be focused and must be part school and colleges curriculum .Depth understanding of Bhagwat Geeta must be compulsory for all.May be it is detrimental to all exploiters and egoistic peoples which lives on division of the humanity and cause of poverty and illness
