Please take steps to increase the interest rates for the deposits made by Physically Challenged people and senior citizens who are solely dependent on the interest they get from their deposits. All Physically Challenged people (having UDID Card) and senior citizens above age 80 should be get good interest rates for their Fixed Deposits and their Savings Account in Banks & in Post Office. Likewise Debit Card service charges should be waived for all Physically Challenged Account holders having UDID Card. All Banks should link UDID Card to identify real & genuine Physically Challenged people. All old and fake disability certificates should be withdrawn with immediate effect and only UDID Card should be accepted for availing travel concession, availing loan, seeking financial support etc. Linking UDID Card, Voter ID and Aadhaar card to enable Postal Ballot for those who cannot travel without an escort to their home town and vote.
