Hospitals and people like to go in the hospitals they have any disease.. there will be proper cleaning. And also in the education system govt. Provide best infrastructure . And in those town which have more than 20,000 population there will be a library with proper books and librarian. It helps to the students who belongs to the village and then they should found the environment for the study .. And on the road side there should be proper plantation.
