Sir, Due to increasing population there is exploitation of resources are happening the example of water, agriculture land, multistore building, food, income disparity among citizens, Demand for energy, Demand for Transportation, Education, Health Infrastructure, Roadways and Railways, Waterways. Today government is managing well due to having Finance and skilled work force in our country and India is Top among the worlds largest Young Population but we need to protect the resources for the next generation. In some of the state we are facing water crisis and ground water is decreasing day by day similarly agriculture land is going shorter and shorter due do increase in population yes government is enhancing the income of the farmer but through various schemes but can we stop the ground water usage in farming and take measure to increase the ground water thus we need to have some policy so that population is controlled and exploitation of resources can be stopped.

The income limit for medical benefits through Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) should be raised to Rs 30,000.The present income limit is not sufficient even for workers working in Tier 3 cities.Companies are also required to sign contracts with private hospitals for workers who are paid more than 21000 rupees, so new workers are paid below 21000 rupees. Some companies are unwilling to provide quality medical care to workers and their families. Many companies are reluctant to increase the salary as if the salary is increased above 21000 then the company will have to pay the medical benefits. Cost of living in Tier 2, Tier 3 cities is high So the income limit to get benefit through ESIC should be increased to Rs.30000. This will benefit additional employees. The indifference of some companies to the welfare of workers is painful. .If the government raises the income limit for availing the ESIC scheme it will also lead to an increase in wages of the workers.

Dear Sir, Good Evening, India rank 1st in population and it is going to increase day by day, we are taking our citizens as assets which is good and government is doing now, many scheme is make and implemented, we are getting positive results but we have limited resources which is scare with limited land, can we have family planning for citizens of India. To control the population what will be central & state government strategy. How can create awareness about population control among the Indian Citizens, Yes today things are going in our way, every time it is not going same.Due to big families the there is an income disparity & there is dispute we must not give chance to avail the government scheme to more than 1 or two child. Sir It is my request that please start making family planning for Indian Citizens you may think that it is responsibility of the citizens but initiative required from your side. We have vision for Make Bharat Develop Nation, But consider the population also.
