This is regarding present Income tax. Our Culture is family oriented and we should have Income Tax system meant for family. Total family income should be calculated rather than individula income and the family supporting senior citizens should be given benefits in tax. This will help younger generation supporting their parents better. Also based on family members, benefits can be given for family functions and also simillary for any demises. This will help in followig our tradtions better and also more transparent manner.

The suggestions for an interim Union Budget can vary depending on the prevailing economic conditions and government priorities at the time. However, some general suggestions might include:Focus on Economic Recovery: Allocate funds towards sectors hit hardest by the pandemic, such as healthcare, tourism, small businesses, and employment generation initiatives.Infrastructure Development: Increase spending on infrastructure projects to stimulate economic growth and create job opportunities.Support for Agriculture: Enhance investments in agriculture and rural development, including irrigation, technology adoption, and market linkages to improve farmers' income.Tax Reforms: Consider tax reforms or relief measures to support businesses and individuals, potentially reducing tax burdens to stimulate spending and investment.Boosting Manufacturing and MSMEs: Provide incentives and support to boost manufacturing capabilities and aid Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME).

There are a lot of food and money leakages through subsidy system. Smart Ration card system and it is fairly functioning well. There should be uniform guidelines across the country for defining the people below poverty line, middle class, upper middle class and rich. There is no checking mechanism. Many families in upper middle class and rich are even getting the benefits meant for others. The reason is checking only status of the head of the family. Many Grade A and B govt employees and people who get handsome salary should be eliminated from getting the subsidy. Tax returns of any of the family member can be used to identify such smart cards. The monetary benefits given to all under various schemes. The benefit first should go to the member of the family of which never availed such benefit so far. The priority should be for remote areas / less developed districts.
