Updating the forest act is necessary : Inorder to protect the forest ,update the old forest act so the infrastructure development in place is not affected by forest where large number large road network ,railway network, inhabited and culitvated area . Now adays the many roads projects , railway ways projects are not able to implemented due to a forest and diffulty in acquiring land for the projects . So the sky highway & sly railway n elevated path should be allowed in protected area so that acquiring of land is not a challenge. In kerala the highway via the thamassery churam ,badipur forest ,tiger reserve and elephant reserve forest are held due to restriction in acquiring forest lands. In sabarimala where 1 crore people arrive yearly is not expanding due to restriction in acquiring land for development . updating the forest act can build many highway and railway across forest in western ghats of kerala and south india as new forest roads reduce the distance , time
