So the sky highway & sly railway n elevated path should be allowed in protected area so that acquiring of land is not a challenge.In kerala the highway via the thamassery churam ,badipur forest ,tiger reserve and elephant reserve forest are held due to restriction in acquiring forest lands.In sabarimala where 1 crore people arrive yearly is not expanding due to restriction in acquiring land for development . updating the forest act can build many highway and railway across forest in western ghats of kerala and south india as new forest roads reduce the distance , time
