This will usher a change in the way government works,projects are implemented as well as transformation of state expenditures for projects that will cumulatively add towards a trillion dollar economy. Let's consider ways in which all big states can build hub centers that generate revenues for the district/state. Let's think progressively and create infrastructure that draws people from different countries to invest & do business in each district of the country. The idea is that we should aim & aspire for having 806 growth centers (district headquarters) in India that will help create a multi trillion dollar economy, raising GDP & per Capita incomes across every region rather than bigger metro. Simultaneously, we aspire to achieve not just 100%literacy but instead create a knowledge based social order that has done multi disciplinary programs

Updating organ donation in India . -The Budget should include update organ donation so that this is modified in India . Organ donation that was not in India should be encouraged by goverment support .. Goverment support schemes should be developed in India . Goverment should award money to people who is able to give organs after death . Such person family members are given jobs will make organ donation more easy in India Now in India those goverment employee who died on service family members are given jobs in old days . Now any family members get jobs . No Goverment should update new methods so that there family members get job when the children grow up / Organ donation by many people before they pass away if goverment give money for the donation . Like in Blood donation hospitals are charging for the blood intake and no money is given to blood donars. so when updaton are done organ donation and blood donation can have more banks if there is money in exchange

Dear honorable finance minister, Viksit bharat program is about tangible & visible transformation of the country. Therefore, 1) Strengthen & modernize urban design, town & country planning using supercomputers for modeling and construction 2) Administration of every city whether Tier1,Tier2 or Tier 3 is important for Viksit bharat hence redesign/redevelop the ULBs 3) multi modal transit systems will showcase India as a modern country hence provisions for metro rail should include DPRs in every district headquarter seamlessly integrating bus transit systems,metro & railways wherever possible 4) Government administration in every district headquarter requires a makeover. Modernize the offices and let every secretariat have supercomputers to work with big data, descriptive statistics and extremely large objects/databases 5) since multi domain warfare is now a reality we need district headquarters geared up. Hyperspecializations is essential for quality of decision making.

Budget is a concept for income and expenditure of one year. Budget must be for the benefit of the citizen. now citizen are facing extreme tax burden. I am earnestly requesting to look after this matter. Pollution is a chronic problem to the globe. Burning of fossil fuel is one of reason. destruction of forests is also another reason. All these problem coming with the hand of development. Request to the Govt. to stop all the so called development work at least 5 years. This process will help to reduce foreign loan burden. It must be primary condition to see the benefit of citizen.
