India is advancing towards a citizen-centric digital governance ecosystem. In this direction, the Department of Posts (DoP), Ministry of Communications, proposes the Digital Hub for Reference and Unique Virtual Address (DHRUVA) to establish a standardized, interoperable, and user-friendly digital addressing system as part of the national digital public infrastructure. To provide legislative backing to this initiative, draft amendments to the Post Office Act, 2023 have been prepared based on stakeholder consultations. The proposed framework aims to enable secure, consent-based address management and “Address as a Service (AaaS).”

The Department of Posts, in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens to share their suggestions/ comments on the draft amendments.

As DoP is Physical connect to Digital Economy, Post offices must be part of robust supply chain , not like current Post man job ( just last mile delivery)

Inorder to achieve robust digital Infrastructure, every post office must have dual broad band ( OFC connectivity from two different routes with end to end dual ports ) system to ensure uptime is more than 99 percent

छत्तीसगढ़ मे लगभग सभी विभागों मे बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति नही होने के कारण काम नही हो पाता जैसे महाविद्यालय मे एक प्रोफेसर की सैलरी 1.50 लाख से 2 लाख के बीच है ऑफिस टाइम 10.30 से 5.30 है लेकिन सभी अधिकारी 12 मे आते है और 3 बजे चले जाते है इससे पढाई का स्तर गिरता जा रहा है इससे आने वाले समय मे विजन 2047 मे असर पड़ेगा जब तक हम समय का पाबंद नही होगे देश आगे बढ़ने मे रुकावट होगा। जल्दी से बायोमेट्रिक उपस्तिथि चालू किया जाये और काम को दुगुनी रफ्तार से किया जा सके। प्रिय मोदी जी हमे आपसे यह सीखने को मिलता है की समय के साथ हम सब को एक मिनट देश की प्रति सेवा दे। केवल तनखा की बात न किया जाये। आपसे पुनः निवेदन है काम करने का समय केवल और केवल काम ही होना चाहिये। जैसे आप करते है। सादर नमन आपको
