The development and growth of nation is only possible ,if women equally contributed in with self respect in growth of nation, therefore, job, self employed, handicraft work, outsourcing work, agricultural work, skill and unskilled work etc. should be encouraged for women, further, social protection and economic strength should be provided to women, safety and security is the important issues for women, it should be properly solved with co-ordination with state,political share is also important

taking wonderful " Steps", to improve " Women", in different fields. " According to
me", each and every one is " Equal", in the eyes of " Law",.
" The policy for Women 2016".
1)Each and every women should be educated.
2)Free to choose or express , willing ness to work.
3)Address the problem , when they arise.
4)protect them from "Crime".

Respected sir when you launch any policy or any change kindly check it from the root level otherwise steps taken by you never give any benefit to citizen. kindly see the quality of services given by the post offices. Thnx VIVEK KHANNA
