There are many illitrate womens in rural area . First of all government opens a school for them who are interested in study and then government cource study .if womens are pass in exams then we provide jobs to them. For these family members support womens to study for job after she pass...then the percentage of womens litration is always grown up.and we gets experienced workers and womens gets jobs for earning money.

I see no change in private company maternity leave policy even after government appeal, they still follow 84 days policy which is insufficient and does not benefit mother and child. This is in news from last December but not seem to be followed.

I have seen many private sector women employees are leaving their jobs during pregnancy because of current maternity leave policy. I really think govt should increase maternity leave. Maternity leave policy has not been revised since 1961 for private sectors. It should be 6-8 months for better care of baby n mother. It's around in news since December last year but not yet implemented.

Thanks for such a wonderful work done by the ministry!!!!
Please consider Maternity leave for atleast 6 months in private sector also, as many women are forced to leave their jobs once they are pregnant.
This was requested to the labour ministry by this ministry in Dec 2015 but it is not yet implemented.

Please consider including girls of all cast in 55% quota for reservation along with sc st obc.
This will also solve the problem of substandard students getting admitted to various institutes through unfair quotas

Thank you so much for initiative step for this authorities. Everybody wants know
about this bill properly, I feel that lack of education, commitment, accountability, discrimination, lack of awareness about women rights, equal rights in society, health & sanitation, lack of opportunites in market, hurdels at work environment, socio- economic problems, and lack of women participation at governence policies. These are the some difficulties faced by the women in our three tire system.
