India since Independence perhaps has made any ground level survey to #transformindia!
For making law and policy it is still fully dependent on foreign funded NGO(having secret agenda).
In spite of expending billions hard earned money of public in appeasement of Young women & minorities they are still lag in contribution for nation!
Public Fund & System are preparing a beggar in place of independent-abled women!
For truthness scrutinise 50 cases of CRPC125!
This is not empowerment

This is a really good initiative. The best thing to do would be to collaborate with UN Women for drafting the final policy.

Dalit and Adivasi women problems are entirely different and severe due to their social location as a marginalized community women. Jupaka Subadra and Gogu Shyamal may throw more light on this subject, i mean there should be special provisions to address issues of Dalit Adivasi women, as sweeping generalization and treating all women as a homogenized community will not going to help the women of marginalized community.

33% women reservation Bills now in sight ,the governing Laws to encompass above suggested provision shall be not a difficult task.Economic and social acceptability and equivalence are the only way to lift the plight of women. This shall solve the skewed ratio, education upliftment and place for women in all segments of Indian social fabric. The femalfoeticide, girl child education and her proper health and other related malice currently in practice shall gradually cease to exist

Women can not be empowered only by reservation .We should go at the grass root level to every village and inform every women about the opportunities in the society. For education ....every women should whether lower caste or higher caste must be provided scholarships. For social security....a special emergency number should be created only for women ...whether it is for domestic violence or not.Indian women are very good at cooking and this skill should be capitalized.
