We need 33% reservation for women in parliament. Period. And some percentage for LGBT community.

#ECONOMY
1) Since we still do not have equal pay for the same work for men and women, we need income tax exemption for women so that their savings are the same.
2) Female entrepreneurs should be given financial assistance for at least 5 years of their ventures.

Empowerment is for the weak. If equal status is given to all genders, then there is no need to empower one over the other.
Already so many crimes against men have increased in the name of dowry act, etc. under the shield of empowerment.

Consider a proposal for ONLY maternity insurance for married women....coverage can be of 50k.....premium only rs.1000/- a year...through National insurance...integrate it with telemedicine approach through ASHA network and hospitals across entire India to participate..all stake holders will get their interest served and government revenue will also increase. Please note infant mortality rate will also reduce in this process.Ready to discuss if approached.
