When women misuse LAW, abuse law and the system t o gain personal advantages and personal vendetta, mostly involving innocent men and women(mother in law, sister in law), the laws created to protect women like PWDVA and 498A fail to rescue innocent women being victims of false cases filed because there are NO PROCEDURES to handle the misuse if a law written to protect her. True empowerment if not being biased but being GENDER NEUTRAL. Include punishment for misusing the LAW and abusing it.

We are well aware that the number of men committing suicides in India is more than twice that of women and these are due to various domestic issues that men face everyday. Are they not human? Save them too. On the name of protecting women, why is only a wife treated as a women and why not mother in law, sister in law, etc treated. No government, no feminist NGO comes to their rescue when women files false cases against another women using powerful legal weapon of DV and 498A and many more.

Government policy for women is meant to safe women, not to provide privilege.Still laws are women centric. Justice is denied for men.First make laws gender neutral, put a men's commission.Women criminals are not punished. No suo-moto punishment for false cases. Indian educated abla women are running state sponsored extortion business to ruin the country.A girl snapping picture of an innocent man is becoming famous, women are provoking others to lynch someone. But can't help one who is acting blind.

Making a fundamental Right to stop anything Equal expectation, is it to be granted by Great democracy?? It's not Juxtaposed ??
Money ,Kid & Property all you need with In-equal custody of Laws?
Vindictive gesture shown on trivial issues , It's not Juxtaposed ??
Please see it in Clear vicinity, HOW many false 498A/DV/other cases piled over on "judicial process" by your loyal brigade of Feminazis!!
Oppose "National_Policy_For_Women_2016" Until it got the amendment of most sections.

My Mother was not fool to me but my son will feel her grandmother was foolish, because she remain always with his grandfather’s loyal partner and every domestic work both shared on equal gesture. This love bonding going to vanish from next generation as courtesy gender biased mind who formulated women bill 2016. #Stop_Making_Gender_Biased_Laws_in_the_name_of_protection_to_women_and_child

Appreciate Govt Sponsored NGO's (Child Welfare Committee) & Child Protection Officer(Police Station) should work in collaboration on every District of State and spontaneously should come forward to protect humanity without being gender biased. Child upbringing & welfare is equal importance for both parents. But Husband has no legal right to see his child Happy ever after the Marital Discord moments! Govt is indifferent to Child alienation cruelty done by certain custodial parents.

In your quest of women empowerment, you are creating a war between men and women. Please see through that criminals are punished, not the gender. Punishing men for domestic violence is awesome, but women should also be punished if they commit the same crime.
You are making laws for harassment in offices, but women are threatening their bosses of false cases if they don't get a promotion, or unjustified raises. Such women should be punished.

The courts are overburdened with so many cases of rape, domestic violence, dowry, outraging modesty, and so on. Statistically, the majority of cases are proven to be false.
Moreover, after years of trial, when the courts are able to prove that it was filed for ill intentions, such women go free, and file a case again on a different man. So, the genuine cases drown in a sea of false ones.
Such women should be given a strict punishment so that the genuine cases can get some breath and justice.

A child needs love from both the parents but during the cases of divorce, the custody of children is given to the mothers only. We should bring the law for shared parenting just like we have in the western countries. This makes sure that the child grows up with love from both parents and grows up as a healthy human being.
