Social security is the prime hurdle to women, to come out and think for itself as an Individual entity of this world.
The entertainment world be it advertisement of a soap or movie has posed women as alluring substance, and these things widely affect mass population and their mindset. So, it is required to limit misinterpretation of women abilities.
Further, education can bring their rights in their hands.

We need more emphasis on gender bias in organized sectors, Along with sexual harassment committee's at workplace we also need to have pre-maternity/lactating women policies,
Which will ensure healthy society.
Also,When is the new maternity act coming into effect? its a long process and many women and child are affected.

One of the MOST MARGINALIZED section in women is WOMEN WITH DISABILITY who face added bias from birth (if at all they survive) onwards. Such segment still requires protection and added provisions for mainstreaming in the women population. Suggestions:1) Pl include 8th Priority area as "Mainstreaming Women with Disabilities". 2) Include 'disability'in serial 4 of Emerging areas 3) Include disability in Serial 5 of emerging areas. Thereafter detail out measures to achieve in respective provision

The step taken by the government through the new policy deserves extensive appreciation.
Here I place the suggestion that as long as the caste policy exists, in the case where mother belongs to and stays in a backward community, their kids should be able to enjoy the privileges/ concessions approved for that class. The right for this should not be denied by considering father's caste alone. Based on the related Supreme Court verdict, this right should not be denied to the needy.

This policy is discriminatory in nature. It is not equal to men and women. Stop such biased, discriminatory policies. Policy should be gender neutral.

We have also sisters, daughters and we also want their empowerment, but not to the extent of becoming Indrani Mukherjee of Seena Bora murder case of Mumbai. Do your ministry has mechanism to stop benefits of women empowerment to women like Indrani Mukherjee. Can your ministry identify how many women like Indrani Mumherjee have reached high level in society . Please withdraw all women empowerment mechanism for women paying income tax at 20% slab or above, because they can support themselves .

This policy shall bring discrimination to men's in India. This policy seems to break Indian culture. Do u think every women in India at present is abla naari.why this policy is violating our constitutional right of men. Are all men rapist, Dakot, murderer? From this policy it seems that men are nothing in India and they are not adding any value to our country.Have any of our politicians faced false cases under various women laws. If yes how many and what is result. Please stop this unclutural
