Section 5 is a double edge sword. Please request not go give more tools of extortion to the women. Every law enacted should have clauses for its misuse. At present situation, its a nothing to loose gamble for many unscrupulous women across the country; put false case and they have nothing to loose with high chance of getting monetary gain from the biased court.
Please again would request please dont provide more tools to extort and harass mens all over the country.

In Parental dispute, child is used as bargaining tool and 98%+ custodial guardians are women.Majority of children are suffering with"Parental Alienation Syndrome"Shocking is, there is no concern shown by ur ministry so far to address this issue.Neither there is any study nor any department & funds been allocated to deal with serious and alarming issue. Why don’t government make the visitation and shared parenting shared parenting mandatory to deal with this issue?
Children n fathers are suffering

We have separate laws for women's which are majorly getting misused. Suicide statics are also showing every eight minute one married men attempting suicide. Please make policy that will stop misuse of existing laws. In our country those are victim women's are never knows existing laws also instead of creating one more policy please do something to reach them. This policy will bring discrimination to men's in India.Every women is not abala nari. Policy should be gender neutral.

PFA,the response of The Prajnya Trust, Chennai to the Draft National Policy for Women 2016.
We have focused mainly on the two areas relating to our work, governance and violence against women. We have also made some broader comments and suggestions for a more focused structure.
Thank you for the opportunity to share our views.

I am & was an ardent supporter of Modiji as PM despite the fact that only SP supported men's rights in this increasingly feminist world. That was for larger good of nation, I am & was willing to sacrifice some rights to take responsibility as "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas" was the Mantra.
As feminism has taken over the govt. mind space with active push from UN, Western Powers and Media, I believe the govt. would allow men at least 1 RIGHT to commit SUICIDE ENMASS. Please decriminalize suicide.

Dear Minister,
Its a shame that one side your ministry talks that people should not discriminated on gender and here you are only talking of protecting girl and women. Are men not citizens of this country. Remember that men of this country had also voted and brought you to power. The constitution has not given you any rights to discriminate men and you should provide equal opportunity to both genders. You also need to understand that empowering women does not mean snatching mens right.

Dear Minister,
Please go through the attached PDF where I request three points.
1) Less Laws
2) Informed Law making excluding USAID/ Lawyer's Collective who are funded from Ford
3) Data driven law making where I feel your policy has not covered male data points at all.
Lastly I submit, 4) Quick Law redress.
Thanks
Vardhan

Feminism is a hate movement. I don't know of many people who disagree with feminism IN THEORY. In theory, feminism is about equality for everyone, from the female perspective. The reality, however, is far from the sales pitch. Feminists demonize all men for the actions of a few and EVERYTHING is offensive to them. Feminists hate men and they hate women who do not hate men. This is what I call a hate movement. Where Mens are systematically ignored.

If anyone values equality, if feminism is anything about equality, people should see the inherent inequality and bias shown to men in these policies.
