The intention is good. Happy to see we are trying to empower women with this law. Same way we need to ensure law shouldn't get misused. Seen many cases where husband and in-laws are victims. So feel law should be gender biased and protect everyone.

These gender biased laws in no way going to help the innocent men, rather it creates more inequality. There is an extensive misuse of laws by women in matrimonial cases especially. In a way these laws are motivating women to gain monetary benefits from their husbands and in laws. It's a known fact 95% of domestic violence cases are false. Men have always been treated as bonded labor’s by the society; the role of a man in the society is protector and provider.Men are treated as free ATM machines.

Men do a lot of hard work for the family. What about their rights? Or is it assumed that men can be beaten up or abused on some pretext or the other by the very spouse they are supposed to be taking care of & protecting? Men's rights are required. Otherwise no one can protect this country without rights.
Why in the modern days the father's role is being desperately diminished by interested parties? Could the matter be investigated & gender neutral solution be put forward?

Based on these laws, some of which date back to the archaic British period, a woman's safety & security was defined by the presence of the child & family support.
However in modern ages the society has changed. Men & Women both work & both take care of the child.
Hence alienation of either of the parent from the child & vice versa should be considered criminal. 90% & above cases the mother is the whole sole beneficiary. Please make children's rights mandatory.

I have a few points:-
1. Are these rules & regulations benefiting the genuine victims? Answer is probably no. These rules are being grossly misused rampantly.
2. What steps have been taken to stop misuse of these rules? Answer is probably no. Hence my request would be to ensure that only authentic cases come up & stop adding more rules. Unauthentic cases may be penalized for misusing the law of the land.
3. Please make laws gender neutral.

Respected sir/ma'am
We are all now living on 21st century.
Also as men and women treated as same in the whole world but only in India there is women are always as abla naari.
Men are always wrong and women are always right.
So all the gender biased law for protecting women is now a days misusing.
Please make correction on this gender biased law to save next generation.
Protect all women not only wife but also mother & sister too.
Coz mother and sister are also women.

Its totally weird and anti constitutional which says all are equal. We are living in 21st century already and Indians have reached many heights including women. I do not understand why this biasedness towards a gender and why hatred towards another. This is getting cruel day by day for men in India dey nly recv responsibilities but no rights at all. Reservation is already a curse 4 us and we did not vote 4 such political agenda. Is thr a Men's comission? Women already misusing d laws. STOP this.

Women empowerment good for political party to survive their ground in politics but not good for normal men who wants to live peace full life and Everyone know about new cruel and fake face women.
Advocate and other power full party always support to women either she wrong or she is doing misuse of law.
Now women misusing law to earn money or to complete her unwanted demands.
That time not far when mens suicide ratio will suddenly increase.

Dear government, you are disobeying Indian Constitution article 14&15 I.e. equality before law, no bias based on sex, religion and region. You have bought laws like 498a which is unmeasurable, your investigation and prosecution cannot identify who is guilty. Kindly visit lower courts and notice the quality of prosecution of our country. It is more difficult, time consuming, money consuming to take law course on misuse of law. And one more thing lawyers are not trust worthy they want money only

There is a rampant misuse of laws to protect women. In the name of empowerment the laws are becoming tools for extortion. It's a known fact 98% of dowry and domestic violence cases and 76% of rape cases are fake cases. Just imagine the ordeal of a family who's elderly parents sister in law is in jail because the wife was revengeful. Or a case where a Lord Lord is behind bars because the tenant didn't want to pay dues and filed a fake rape case. Programs cannot be made at the cost of other gender
