for effective child care policy implementation i.e.from 0-6 years(ECCE Policy)working women to be given child care leave of 2 years, thereafter option for part time work with flexi work hour schedule to align her work hours with the child's need.Industry/Employer to cover the expense under Gender Budget as a % of CSR Fund. This will surely increase women participation in labour force, also empower women to afford child care services and ensure work life balance.kindly legislate the same .

We have the Women Policies since 2001 but as we see the results are not the same as we expect. This should be a learning experience to understand that what is our motive/objective by bringing women empowerment policy in society. Once objective is clear then we should think on the possible policies which can be drafted for it's proper implementation. Moreover these policies should be flexible enough so that it can be changed if we are not getting desired results or can be removed.

Bharat is a mighty land where women of all ages are worshipped T&C is their own behaviour. A need is felt for curbing the hostile media. Take care of health from womb as a healthy woman will think healthy & beget healthy baby. Female buses, drivers, conductors are a very small part, make each girl brave, energetic, healthy, educated & self reliant & ONLY Society can do this. No law on earth can do what Society can do. Educate society mainly the women for their duties, responsibilities & rights.
