Draft Policy for Women is not safe guarding old mothers from physical, mental, judicial harassment by Daughter-in-Laws.Search Youtube you can find many videos where bahus are legally trained to harass their in laws and husbands to extort money from them.
Please remember any extra rights and priviledge should be introduced by strict misuse clauses.

The failings of Swatch Bharat Abhiyan: 1) Where 10 toilets were supposed to be constructed 100 toilets are being constructed, consequently the size of the toilets is so small that they are not used!.
Sanitary hygiene towels distribution to rural women - misused. Anganwadi workers distribute the towels only to their kith and kin.
Toilets need to be constructed in every fishing village on the 7500 km coastline of India.
Task forces should maintain community toilets' cleanliness.

Kindly stress on the Protection of Women Human Rights Defenders who raise voices against human rights abuse of women and often face negative consequences for such a legitimate activity both in the hands of state and non state actors.

The prioritization for the protection of single women is welcome.the single woman is most vulnerable since she does not have the support of the husband or children or sometimes the other family members as well.sexual harassment at the workplace, lack of respect for her in the family as well as thesociety is also one considerable.though several legislations have been made for the protection of women in general, its main lacuna lies in the implementation.

Organizations/Establishments/Institutions both in public and private sector to compulsorily earmark a certain % of profit for Gender Budget. The expense under the Gender Budget to be tax exempted. This budget should be explicitly to implement welfare schemes of GOI like Child care leave for women employees, reduced work hour for young mothers, creche facility etc. This is imperative to enhance women participation in labour force while taking care of care deficit of infants and young children.
