1) Countrywide data should be collected to identify the most vulnerable groups of women who face Gender based violence. One can collect such data under different heads, such as, on the basis of caste, religion, economic back ground, region, educational qualification etc. Once we identify the groups that are most likely to face such Gender based violence, we should look into solutions that will be specific to and hence more effective in tackling the problem associated with a particular group.

1..The draft may be released in all regional languages recognized by the constitution of India.
2..every girl child should be joined in school .It is the fundamental right of every citizen as per the Right to Education.
3..Under SWATCHA bharath ,every school should ve girls toilets,it is the fundamental requirement .
4.No woman should be touched in any kind of agitation even by women constables...YATHRA NARYASTHU POOJYANTHE RAMANTHE THATRADEVATHAHA...preached by Indians from time immemorial,

Existing laws must be changed to make them gender-neutral. Already the unscrupuluos women/girls are ruining lives of lakhs of innocent indian men and their families by filing false cases. There is no mis-use clause in those laws which deter these women in filing fake cases. It is hampering justice to actual female victims who are sometimes looked upon with a jaundiced eye. Crying dowry/rape/sexual harassment/domestic violence due to unmet aspirations of women is not justifiable.

Respected Sir,
Kindly arrange online voting for 33% reservation for women and necessary Amendments to our Constitution. All citizen should allowed to give their view without any huddles.
However my vote is for 33% women reservation in Govt. Service & in our Parliament & Assemblies(including council of Ministers).
