In the latest episode of Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged Indian children to engage with their grandparents and ask them about their life as children: what sports they played, which theatre or cinema they went to, which relatives they visited, festivals they celebrated, and so on.

These stories would not just take the children to India back then, but also be an invaluable treasure for the family, to be cherished forever.

Here’s an opportunity for all children (and adults too), to interview their loved Dada-Dadis, Nana-Nanis or any other elder in the family, like ‘cub reporters’; video record the same; and share with the MyGov family!

i live with my grandparents and yes I can proudly say I m the luckiest person on this earth. Because today's generation will never going to know the value of their grandma and grandpa, living your childhood with grandparents make them childhish too. The real happiness come from their only. SO yes I m the most luckiest person living and loved by my grandparents👴👵.

Actually I m not so lucky as someone because my grandpa demise before my birth but I has my grandmother who is strict But also love me alot .☺️

I miss my grandparents they are not more when I was a little child they left us but I remember something they told me about there hard life how they live in their times with unless resources,even they also participated in freedom fight after destroy britishian resources and much more but now I don't remember all things what they said. I always missed them thanks Rahul Kumar Poddar

meeting my grandparents while my childwood is unforgettable memories and while thinking of it now also am remembering those days.my grandpa take care of very well and food preparation was no way it's such a delicious 😋

My Maternal Grandmother was every thing for me. Now she is not there. She is to tell me regerding Ramayana and Mahabharata in Night time while in Bed. With out asking she has to give every thing. Now I am remembering her. She never beaten me. She always blessed us. I never forgotten her. Now a days young generation not given any respect to their elder. I urged the young generation please respect to yours elders. You will be benefitted.
