Sir, Kindly take necessary steps for the candidates qualified in written exams. Some times in interviews the candidates were not awarded with numbers what they expected or calculated, kindly order to all the exam bodies to make audio and video recorded for all candidates. The audio & video should be recorded without the knowledge of the candidates and kindly always give importance to written marks and the interview marks should be treated as qualified marks only & not to add in merit list

I would suggest that academic course and job should be sandwiched, 2,3,4 or 5 years of study in a row followed by degree reward then job is not a good idea. rather they should be sendwitched, like even after first year of higher education, student can be induced in job to understand industrial setup, professional communication and manners and so on.

Continuation to my previous comment: India should have student friendly immigration system like US, Canada, Australia which allow them to stay and work after completing the study. Attracting International Talent to our country will create very positive academic culture in Indian Universities and this will of course help to create global image of India as Education Hub.

Indians are reaching at every corner of the world but as a nation how competent are we to attract international talents to our country? It is necessary for each Indian University (not limited upto IITs,IIMs) to have appropriate system to attract students from different countries without any exceptions. Compare to Universities worldwide I believe education in India is more affordable and if we have good system of course we can attract international talent to our country.

Some countries have more area and more natural resources but lack of man power and some countries condition is vice versa.to balance the world India and other countries should provide more privilleges to higher education to their citizens to get higher education in other countries.govt has to estimate that why r the needs of the nation and how to create skilled manpower by training and education to which countries they have to go to get knowledge.
