Can improving infrastructural facilities on university campuses such a help to attract more foreign students?
Any HEI that has adequate public funds to maintain autonomy and support an independent and critical academic atmosphere would automatically attract scholars and students from all over the world.

Any privatization and corporatization of education must be opposed, because it does not ultimately have student interests in mind but rather sees education as a profit making industry.
