As yoga cannot be practice forcefully, it is a stage of mind of being enjoying (what we have, where we are, what we are doing etc.), so the creative way to celebrate the Yoga is to enjoy the little aspect among the fast hustle of life.

I was surprised to read in todays newspapers that In the Yoga Day on 21.6.2015, the 'OM' and 'Suryanamaskara' will be omitted. This is not at all proper. Irrespective of any opposition from any quarter of people of any religion, if Yoga is to be practiced, these two items ARE A MUST. Instead of telling people that they can mentally remember their respective deities, we should say that those who do not wish to chant 'OM' need not do so - but to that extent the benefits of the Yoga will be lost.
