Higher education should be for those students who really need it. Lakh of students enter into higher education just for the sake of qualification, as graduation is the bench mark for government jobs. Only Talented people should be given opportunity to pursue higher education. This will save lot of money of the Government, which it utilize for providing world class higher education. Our Higher education system is creating Jack of all trades, but master of none.

Teachers/ Coach/ Mentors should get the highest regards & Respect from the students, institutions, society & the nation. The Teaching Job should get the highest priority by all.Not everybody has the skill to share knowledge, Identify & nurture the inherent Talent,Take pride in other's success. When we get the teachers who have the right aptitude for Teaching & who are continuously upgrading their knowledge & skill, who are in touch with Industry, we will develop the right skill for our students

Higher Education is incomplete & directionless unless Skill Development is part & parcel of academic Curriculum. For e.g. A Civil Engineering student should be encouraged to spend 2-3 hours daily as intern with any company involved in civil construction work. Student must work with one firm for atleast 3-4 months. In 4 years of engineering, a student will get practical exposure to 10-12 different companies engaged in different sector, which require civil engineer. This will give industry exposure

Make higher education industry oriented and practical and don't make it overloaded with dead, irrational, unnecessary and boring theory content which students will mug up and forget after their theory exams.
