८ क्लास तक सभी विषय अनिवार्य रूप से पढ़ाने चाहिये, उसके बाद क्लास ९ से १२ तक अलग अलग समूह के साथ टेक्निकल पढाई होनी चाहिए। कक्षा १२ के बाद जो बहुत अधिक प्रतिभान विद्यार्थी वहीं पढाई जारी रखे बाकी को काम में लगा देना चाहिए। स्नातक करने के बाद कोई बेरोजगार न रहे ऐसी शिक्षा होनी जरुरी है।

It is possible to add skill development with higher education. Training in family business like carpentry, shoe making, traditional art and craft etc. can be made part of higher education so that student can improve his family business and remain employed.

Higher education has gone into saturation these days. Getting higher education is very easy but the one never gets to develop the skills in the subject of his higher education. Higher education specifically of engineering nowadays though contains specialization of a particular subject but lacks practical aspects. The skill development in that subject of that student is necessary. Subject re-orientation should be done so that student can utilize that knowledge in industry or businesses.

Our country needs skiiled persons for more evenue generarion and better employability. Government also wants to promote tourism sector, so I my view govt. Should take initiative to set up training centers,near by potential tourist places, to train local youth to guide tourist. For this they must hv command on multi languages and good etiquette.

Web based learning on various skill should be provided. Small small module on both practical and theoritical aspect should be prepared on each and every skill. The rating of these module should be provided to ensure complete/concrete and confident learning on each skill. This obviously require less funding and on site training. On each skill there should be online exam and certification system.
