Dear PM, We have lot of potential energy but due to lack of political will & proper plan, that energy is wasting in wrong direction.I have heard about your plan & its really nice. Thanks for your hard work. But you have lack of potential team that can convert your thought in real outcome. You need to make a team those not related to BJP but only work for your dream. You need to use agile way of work.Jai Hind. Regards Ranjeet

Dear Cm Ji, in private MNC organization people or working more than required , 2 to 3 or even 4 peoples work is done by single person due to may be insecurity or fear of loss of JOB. working over time on daily basis, this is more or less cheating to our country where if denied to do more than prescribed work load.due to this companies can afford a job to new persons.Would request to mention this note to people to get aware of this situation and more people get JOBs.
Regards
N.Srinivas

Sir, January 30th marks the Mahatma's remembrance day- a day to rededicate ourselves to the Swachch Bharat Mission, still a work in progress. However, it is heartening to see how the thought of keeping our surroundings clean has trickled down to every corner of the country with common people actively pursuing local initiatives. These initiatives have to be consistent, awareness of disposal, recycling & facilitation for disposal of solid waste have to be planned & executed by all corporations

Sir, our soldiers & allied forces have made us proud by their well planned and co-ordinated containment of the situation in Pathankot during the recent misadventure by forces inimical to our growth & success. It is time for the youth of the country to contribute towards nation building by joining the forces & for the forces to facilitate induction of more short term soldiers & officers and also improve their digital intelligence gathering by recruiting skilled ethical hackers & computer techies.

Respected Sir, I would give the suggestion about clean India and agriculture. If every family separates kitchen (Biodegradable) waste. This can be further converted to manure and can be used by the farmers (organic farming).

Respected P.M. Sir, Our former P.M. lal bahadur shastri gave slogan jai jawan jai kisan. But I am sorry to say we are doing alot for soldiers but we are not doing anything for poor farmers, who feed india. Due to drought Farmers are committing suicide day by day and this counts getting increase. I think we should provide same treatment to farmer as indian soldiers are getting. Both are important for india , one saves india and other feeds india. We can not ignore any one of them.

To make the country skilled and smart it is important that people should know their surroundings. Pradhanmantri ji should run a compaign where data about the local area should be available to local people and every person can assess his area in all parameters. like vital statistics, education facilities, job opportunities. Education is in bad condition . If private shops can sell the degrees they can sell the certificates of skill.

Sir, Start up India along with Skill & Digital India schemes are bound to bring about significant change to the work space in our society. However, for the full benefits to trickle down we need to encourage youngsters to take adequate training and facilitate such processes right from high school. With school & college exams approaching, children must be counselled to prepare for their next choices which will in turn change their approach to learning & career.

Sir, this past week has seen the commemoration of National Voters day & Republic day. Both symbolise the freedom & power of peoples' choices. However, both come with responsibility to the larger society. People should participate with greater interest in the voting process, be aware of the choices available, exercise their right to vote, accept the final result & allow the elected government to function. They should be watchful of disruptive forces which seem unduly active, but are bound to fail

It is a well established fact that Genetically Modified Crops are very harmful for the environment and human health. Most of the developed countries have banned the cultivation of GMO and selling of GMO products. We should begin taking steps in this direction to ensure that we don't reach an irreversible damage point.
