Sir, An initiative is required to end Mao wadi terrorism in India. Some scheme is required to take care of the poorest people in these areas by providing a shelter to them and Loans by State govt to earn their livelihood by purchasing Cow/Goat etc. Govt may even ask the corporate Builders to shoulder the responsibility to build and a fund can be accumulated even from working class for eradicating this issue from our country. public will start supporting the govt and the terrorism will end soon.

Healthy India #ESI #Subsidy Dear Prime Minister we have a wonderful Insurance scheme ESI, why can't we make it universal ? Improve the standard at hospitals and make ESI compulsory for employers? ESI requires us to fill number of work days, why can't that data be used to link subsidy. Subsidies are important but why should it be given to people who just want to sit at home & do nothing?

All businessmen must submit asset declaration every year in IT dept. their annual taxable income must match with thier growth in assets.Incase of mismatch, they should be booked in DA case.

Doctors should charge a nominal say 50/- from poor people for consultation in their house clinic.All such income must be declared in IT return.

In another step, you should addressthe doctors of our country who donot hesitate to exploit the poor in need of treatment. Fees must be paid that too without giving a receipt.this must stop.

मान्यवर, निवेदन हैँ कि प्रार्थी अनमोल रत्न शुक्ला द्वारा वर्ष 2012 मेँ पं.रामकिशोर शुक्ला शा. कला एवं वाणिज्य महाविद्यालय ब्यौहारी अन्तर्गत बी.ए. चतुर्थ सेमेस्टर रोल नं. 105711 भूगोल विषय का द्वितीय प्रश्नपत्र दिनाँक 31/05/2012 को नियमित परीक्षार्थी के रूप मेँ परीक्षा दी गई थी, तत्सम्बन्ध मेँ परीक्षार्थी द्वारा विधिवत सभी प्रश्न उत्तरपुस्तिका मेँ हल करते हुये दो पूरक उत्तरपुस्तिका भी ली गई थी जबकि परिणाम आने पर प्रार्थी को उक्त विषय मेँ शून्य अंक दिये गये, इस स्थिति मेँ प्रार्थी द्वारा आर.टी.आई के माध्यम से उत्तरपुस्तिका निकलवाई गई जिसमेँ कवर पेज के अतिरिक्त खाली पन्ने कोरी कापी स्टेपल किये हुये दिये गये. उक्त प्रकरण से सम्बधिँत विचारणीय तथ्य निम्नानुसार हैँ:- 1- परीक्षाकक्ष मेँ परीक्षार्थी को मिली मूलकापी सिली हुई थी, जबकि आर.टी.आई से प्राप्त कापी का ऊपर का कवरपेज छोँड़कर शेष सिलाई तोड़ते हुये कोरी कापी टैग की प्राप्त हुई. 2- परीक्षार्थी द्वारा परीक्षा भवन मेँ दो (02) लूज कापी (पूरक उत्तरपुस्तिका) ली गयी थी मूलकापी के पृष्ठ भाग मेँ दिये गये निर्देश मेँ इस आशय का स्पष्ट उल्लेख रहता हैँ कि मूल कापी भरने के बाद ही लूज कापी दी जावेगी, जिसका निर्धारण सम्बन्धित कक्ष के परीक्षक कापी देखकर करते है एवं पूरक उत्तरपुस्तिका की संख्या दर्ज करते हुये परीक्षार्थी को दी जाती हैँ. इस स्थिति मेँ आर.टी.आई से प्राप्त कोरी कापी, कापी बदले जाने का रहस्य उजागर होता हैँ.. 3-परीक्षार्थी द्वारा 02 पूरक उत्तरपुस्तिका लिये जाने की पुष्टि महाविद्यालय से प्राप्त उत्तरपुस्तिका के वीक्षकीय विवरण के अनुसार एवं प्राचार्य एवं परीक्षा अधीक्षक द्वारा लिखित मेँ भूगोल द्वितीय प्रश्नपत्र के अनुक्रमाँक 105711 द्वारा पूरक उत्तरपुस्तिका लिया जाना स्वीकार किया हैँ, जो आर.टी.आई से प्राप्त कापी एवं जानकारी के आधार पर कापी बदले जाने की पुष्टि करता हैँ. महोदय, उक्त महाविद्यालय मेँ प्रतिवर्ष सभी परीक्षाओँ मेँ अच्छे विद्यार्थीयोँ की उत्तरपुस्तिका को बदलकर फेल विद्यार्थीयोँ से लम्बी रकम लेकर अच्छे अंकोँ से उत्तीर्ण करने का व्यवसाय काफी दिनोँ से प्रचलन मेँ हैँ, जिसमेँ प्रतिवर्ष सैकड़ो विद्यार्थीयोँ के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किया जाता हैँ प्रार्थी की पूर्व मेँ भी कापी बदलते हुये शून्य अंक दिये गये थे, प्रार्थी के अतिरिक्त उक्त महाविद्यालय मेँ इसी तारतम्य मेँ बी.ए. चतुर्थ सेमेस्टर समाजशास्त्र के प्रथमपत्र मेँ रोल नं. 091089 एवं 091013 की भी उत्तरपुस्तिका बदली गयी थी..अस्तु श्रीमान से विनम्र निवेदन हैँ कि महाविद्यालय ब्यौहारी अन्तर्गत परीक्षा की कापी बदले जाने के संबध मेँ तथा जिन विद्वानगणोँ के द्वारा यह कृत्य किया गया हैँ सूक्ष्म से सूक्ष्म जाँचकर सही अपराधी को दण्ड़ित कर मुझ प्रार्थी को न्याय दिलाये जाने की कृपा की जायेँ..
