A cross checking policy driven education core with full time appointed teachers is a must to encounter education mafia. Class and status based education must be banned immediately.

For primary education as it's under right to education and a must for every Indian child.Center must take over this part to ensure the uniformity and integrity of this aspect.Primary education is the step where most of the manipulations take place and divert a whole generation towards being radical and orthodox. Seeding nationality and free thinking to compete the modern environment and also to achieve equality among future civilians, Govt of India have to make this sector as imp as army.

TEACHERS COUNCIL SHOULD BE STARTED.Teaching professionals should be registered.Different categories like pre-primary,primary,secondary,higher-secondary,technical teachers,physical education,yoga,arts and crafts,special education teachers,head masters,edu. administrators should be listed separately.they should be registered for 5 years initially.Registration should be made compulsory for getting job,increments,pay -revision,promotion etc.renewals must be based on assesment by a team of experts.

Education is primarily a state issue. Therefore, each state may like to set up a team of world-class interdisciplinary researchers for examining effects of potential interventions, evaluating current social/educational programs, and producing policy-relevant research.

India has not been able to establish consistency between national human-resource requirement, knowledge-base, policy design and implementation, and educational practices in the field. Got to do this.

Improving the quality of regulation would mean to improve the technological know-how of the regulators. Prioritizing facilities like internet availability, educational aid, financial support etc.
