Smart Health has to be designed keeping in mind to improve the health and wellness of our citizens. Smart Health should be able to provides comprehensive medical coverage including medical screenings, providing health care assistance and monitor various vital parameters of patients like subtle changes in pulse, respiration, heart condition, temperature and preventive warning on early onset of pneumonia (in small children) or other life-threatening problems, inside hospitals and at remote patient location including old people's home and ambulance.

What’s more in Smart Health?

• Connect any wearable or portable device to the cloud, pull and analyse collected patient data in real time
• Monitor patients at home using live video and audio streaming
• Monitor vital health indicators collected by portable devices such as smart phones and tablets
• Set intelligent emergency notifications sent to a physician or family
• Charts and diagram visualization based on data collected from health monitoring devices

We need innovative ideas on the following parameters which can be applied to IoT of Smart Healthcare Systems:-

• Inclusion of rural population in the system
• Creating awareness and acceptability of the Smart health
• Identify challenges in implementation

smart health focus need to be on cancer cases,medical practice proved 100 % failed,zero cure after expensive medication till family loose everything.sad to ear many cases patience want to die for physical pain/family stress,some smart health solution need to come,or patient wish need to considered under medical certification.

set up Health Call Center for primary health related advises and reference for major health problems. It may be use to collate a Health Data for a particular village/place to further analysis/reference and preventive measures. For example if in a particular village, mostly calls related to continuous cough then it may be due to TB. In that case a preventive measure can be taken to remove the TB in such village. Further data captured in call can be interfaced with data of all big hospitals.

To improve the health status first of all we need to have adequate number of health professionals working in the public health system of the country. Sadly there are large number of vacancies there. The attached file has a brief write up on a possible solution.

health deteriorate because of wrong medication & drugs push side effect,issue of health is to get well soon with different medicinal option,many ailment allopathy as No know how still lacs r spend without cure,whereas in a simple home remedy or under herbs/ayurveda many disease can get cured.need is recognition & promotion to other medicinal practice.smart health need to more innovative maintain data,auto analyse,give direction on home remedy & certified successful medication preferable natural

Following can be considered: 1. Automatic detection of road accidents and automatic arrival of ambulance to take the injured people to nearby hospital. 2. Digitization of health records and Integration of health records with aadhar card... and sharing of health related information with proper privacy and security mechanisms. I am doing PhD in Computer Science and working on smart health with the help of IoT, Cloud Computing. Would like to contribute in real govt. projects

challenges in implementation - Who will produce such devices? Who will purchase and maintain devices? Training to use these devices? Storage of health data, privacy violation if leaked.

Ecofriendly hospitals and diagnostic centres where sunlight and UV light comes in ICU,labour rooms nursery and wards by opening windows daily Let Bazgis go vddgical .Make houses with tall walls good ventilation and light and rest of afea go be used for schools games park and crdches

To add, enable all post offices with IoT based health care kit which can collect fundamental health data of citizens in its coverage area. These kits can be developed with Open hardware and software, which can undergo sustainable development process through student startups.

Create IoT developer innovation hubs in all states (could be linked with partnering organisations), which closely interact with rural health schemes and student startups in engineering colleges. With the minimum of one innovation coming from each engineering college, India will be blessed with innovations to handle healthcare. We have scores of youngsters who dream about innovating for rural health and who have done some good work during their final years of study- all we need is co-ordination.
