As the central government has given a life insurance of 2 lacs to each and every person who has a bank account, in the same way central and state government can give mediclaim cover of minimum amount of two lacs by charging a bare minimum amount from citizens and pay the balance from fund(equally by state and central government). Also create hospital so that people can go there and take the benefit of mediclaim. It will not create financial burdon on hospital as the insurance company will pay.

Since independence Indian Govt's never prioritise health of its citizen. Universal health care design never was in policy makers mind. Health care and education should be first priority. All states should have hospitals like AIIMS as per their population size. Wake up Govts!

Here in Muvatupuzha,Kerala, we have found that waste, even human waste are dumping in rivers. No authorities are strict in controlling this acts. Most heartening is organisation meant for Health ie; Hospitals are also dumping their waste into rivers. Rivers are getting polluted day by day. Police with the participation of public can do wonders, I believe. Need support and protection from Government departments too.
