Sir, some of the small countries like Sri Lanka (have two capital cities legislative and commercial capitals) and South Africa (have three capital cities executive, judicial and legislative capitals) have more than one capital city. Our India being largest democracy in the world and seventh largest country in the world can also have multiple capital cities. so that we could tackle pandemic situations easily.
