The frequent transfer of key civil servants has enormously contributed to failures in delivery of services. In some states, the average tenure of a District Magistrate is less than one year

INTEGRITY. AUTHENTICITY. RESPONSIBILITY.
10% global individuals owns 82% of global wealth with a focus on financial assets/wealth.
In India, only 2 crores Indians (1.5% of India’s population) has access to financial wealth.
A paradigm shift in lending product to create ‘Financial Wealth’ for 20 crores Indian borrowers - MIDDLE CLASS, FARMERS, MSME, STUDENTS

INCLUSIVENESS
Farmers are largest community in India and we get food on our plates because of him/her. However, they suffer from poverty due to lack of access to participation in financial wealth.
I propose KISHAAN WEALTH CARD replacing KISHAN CREDIT CARD. “Institutionalizing farmer loan product with a wealth product”

EFFICIENCY
Human Capital is biggest national assets for India. Students & Young generation suffers a lot due to high cost of education and high debt trap. We are seeing developed country like USA getting caught in Student Debt Trap vicious cycle.
I propose “Institutionalizing education loan product with a wealth product”

First we have to think about the farmers and middle/lower class families. Due to the Covid-19 they are suffering more than anyone. So, stop increasing the charges for public transport and other things as well.
We can appeal to those people who all are working and getting more than 1 lakh per month to donate at least minimum 200-500 each month for the formers and poor people. We will create a platform where Donners can check where the money goes and for what and how much!

ACCOUNTABILITY
MSME is largest contributor to Jobs. However, it suffers because it doesn't leverage power of Wealth Creation by Listing its shares on IPO. This will happen with time.
However, MSME is largest consumer of Bank Loans. I propose “Institutionalizing lending product with a wealth product” and let say this new product is called ‘Sone Ki Chidiya" for creation of Wealth in lives of 6.5 crores Indian MSME owners.
