How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Hon.P.M.sir, Recently i attended the conference on e-governance held at Ahmedabad..One thing i noticed was that while emphasis was given on skill development in the fields related to IT sector and other industry related activities , the agricultural and rural development sectors were negleted. The fields like fisheries, sericulture , organic farming etc and other professions like messionary, carpentry, plumbing also require upgradation and skills. This needs to be given attention.for rural uplift.

We should have high standard Universities like Harvard, Cambridge etc. in India. Then we can attract the brains from neighbors.

Brain drain is not at all a problem. People who are going to abroad will be interested in investing in India. If we can attract industries to setup in India, no one will think about brain drain.

With the help of NGO, every city can have a garage sale centre. Where people can come and sell of there old clothes by weight or with the help of some one in the same industry. These can further be classified and resold to the needy and a basic price. Similar things can be done for books, stationery, toys etc Further in case of natural disasters this stock can be mobilized to the affected areas.

In todays scenario investment in every business has been increased due to heavy increase in property prices. Hence people opt for jobs and if they are intelligent, multinationals come and pick them and use their brain and sell their ideas back to us. To stop this brain drain, government must make available lands at cheap rate, so as investment is low and persons opting for jobs can be diversify to business having low capital.

Honorable Prime Minister, If we do farming be it flower or grains or vegatable along the railway and road network. This will not only beautify the whole network, clean, and give job opening to farmers. The land remains the goverments. This can promote tourism.
