How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

UGC/AICTE/ICSR ETC PROVIDES RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES TO THE PROSPECTIVE SCHOLARS TO PURSUE POST DOCTORAL WORKS / FELLOWSHIPS ETC. THE SAME FACILITY MAY ALSO BE EXTENDED TO THE SOCIAL SCIENTISTS / DOCTORATES WORKING WITH THE ORGANIZATIONS LIKE PSU AIRLINES. SPECIAL FACILITIES SHOULD BE PROVIDED BY THE PSUS LIKE GOVT AIRLINE WHICH CONTRIBUTE FOR ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT.

ICSSR PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES TO RESEARCHERS AT VARIOUS LEVELS IRRESPECTIVE OF AGE/RETIREMENT. THE SAME FACILITY MAY ALSO BE PROVIDED TO THE INTERNALLY AVAILABLE QUALIFIED RESEARCHERS BY THE ORGANIZATIONS SO THE BRAIN DRAIN REDUCES.

pratibhavan vyakti ko sahi platform dekar hi playan se roka ja sakta hai. kyoki logo me pratibha ka sahi upyog ya apni life ko behatar banane ke liye aek platform ki jarurat hoti hai agar vahi platform uska aas paas mil jaye to log apne jagah par behatar karke khud ko aur desh ko devlop karne me sahyog kar sakta hai.

ONE Question for aadhar card . sabhi log kahte hai ki aadhar card free me banta hai par practically hamare area ke choice center me khali 2 rs. ke form ka10/20 rupya liya jata hai. khali bolne ka free hai kam ka 50 rupya.

Dear PM, In the gov. funded colleges like IIT's & NIT's Indian gov. is paying much more money on every student than the student itself. So a/c to me only those students who will work in INDIA atleast 3 or 4 yrs. after completing their course have the rights pay as less money as the gov has decided in the college and those students who don't want to work in INDIA they must have to pay the total fee and also the money which indian government had spent on him in the college during their course.

MODI JI .IN HYDERABAD MANY COMPANIES(PHARMA MOSTLY) ARE MAKING EMPLOYEES LIKE SLAVES WITH BONDS THEY ARE TAKING BOND WHILE JOINIG EMPLOYEE IF THE PERSON IS RESHER HE HAS TO GIVE 4YEARS BOND WITH MINIMUM SALARY THEY ALSO TAKING SIGN ON A BLANK CHEQUE WITH NEWLY OPENED ACCOUNT,IF A EMPLOYEE BREAK THE BOND THEN HE HASTO PAY 3-4LACKS TO COMPANY THEY ARE SCARING WITH LAWYER NOTICE PLZ THINK HO CAN A POOR PERSON LIVING ON HIS SALARY CAN PAY 2-4 LACK SO PLZ MAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST THAT COMPANIES THANKU
