How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Namaskar sir, As decreased of diesel price more than 12 rupees there is no reduced in transport price whereas the market is still on that level. The railway is the biggest income source in India but still it is as per previous system. The ideal track can use for transport for loaded truck as per Konkon rail methodology. The booking system still now same. The cleaning system can allot to small agency (5 person) like Delhi to Mumbai a fix amount for keep clean during start to end journey.

We need to open government funded skill development centres in rural areas which should provide vocational training to yound adult irrespective of their schooling/qualification etc. If somebody has not been able to finish his school that should not affect his desire to acquire some training like plumber, electrician, mason etc so that he can earn his living and can get some job. This scheme is on paper only but needs to be actively enforced. This will also reduce crime in the long run.

Sir, as I think Human trafficking and kidnap are most important, while people applying for VISA the Govt. have to allow them only after receiving full information about the companies from their respective Govts. this process should be not more than 15 days. All people working outside/inside should be regd with labour dept. for their benefits. .

Sir, My suggestion is that please you and all MPs go between billion peoples who are not billionaire, not live with some billionaires. Before Lok sabha election you went colleges and meets students, after election you had not visited any single college and meets peoples, students etc. My opinion is that all our MPs have adopted one village but after adoption no work in progress therefore I suggest that please take a visit of this villages every month to see how works going on.

Brain drain ka main karan hai ki toppers ko apne hi desh me apna future secure nhi Lagta saath hi apna status high krne k liye b wo dusre desh jaana chahte hai. To govt ko chahiye k institute level pr hi "country development"naam se practical exam ho jisme student apni faculty ke yogdan pr based project, mode banaye, saath hi campus selection b govt sector ko karana chahiye.mainly sbhi ko ye bharosa dilana hoga k desh ki growth se hi hmari growth Judi h.....
