How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Government’s Required Role in Creating Jobs might be: Action No. 1: Move to the Pro-Growth, Job-Creating New Flat Tax. Action No. 2: Allow Expanded Exploration, Recovery, Transport, and Use of American Fossil Fuels. Action No. 3: Grant Free Trade Agreement Negotiation Authority. Action No. 4: Cut Overregulation of the Economy. Action No. 5: Repeal the Davis-Bacon Act and Prohibit Government-Mandated Project Labor Agreements, so the Market Sets Wage Rates for Federal Construction Contracts.

In my State, i, e, Tripura 8 lack youths are jobless and every year 1 lack youths become age over out of 37 lacks oonly populated State. Except Government jobs no other private sector jobs are abailable here. Only few private banks abd Insurance company are abdsorbing very few people as worker. So it's a challenging situation for the jobless youths as well as for the societies as a whole. No recruitment has been found by the Govt. so far even TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) yet not launched by

according to the survey india is the youth nation. india will get progress if indian youth power is utilized in good manner. there are 75% passout youth is jobless and 75% non-skilled persons worked on job. in private sector people get job easily who have good references and others who dont have they are jobless in goverment sector for 30-40 post 3 to 5lac candidates applied there are no hopes to get selected.TIME TO USE YOUTH POWER and give them there relevant field platform to show there skill

प्रतिभा पलायन को अपने देश में ही अशा रोजगार दे कर रोका जा सकता है तथा इश के साथ विकाश वह रोजगार का विकाश अपने यहाँ पर करके रोका जा सकता है इस के साथ सरकार रोजगार की संभावना बढ़ा दे तो सोने पे सुहागा हो जाता है आज के युग में किसी भी देश का विकास ही प्रतिभा का आधार है अभी हमारी सरकार का मेक इन इण्डिया योजना प्रतिभा को पलायन से रोक सकता है इससे अपने देश में ही वाही सारी सुविधा मिल जाती है जो वह सहता है प्रतिभा साली को अगर देश में अच्छा सहयोग मिले तो कोई भी प्रतिभा शाली देश से बहार नही जाना चाह

I am from Hyderabad where doing your intermediate is just like hell i wont say all of them are like that but may be govt if it can change system in here the students might be educated rather than thought how to just read something instead of learning anything

Main aim of the people is to earn more and more money and live a standard life. If good jobs will be available in the country then no people will migrate to the other countries. This could be done by providing better infrastructure to the industries

sir. why stop brain drain? after all they bring revenue for our country. yes when they fill up the form u make them sighn . that they will serve our country for atleast 10 years .. thats all. like doctors must sighn that they will serve villages for atleast 10 years and so on
