we can develop agriculture in rural areas by giving farmers better training and technology , today in rural area specially in hilly area fields are left by farmers. we can grow medicinal plants in those lands which can help us in our economy

we need a proper guideline able teacher or guide . A Responsibility and target must settl for the student, employee or scholer. if we are able to make ourself get involved in to the system subject or to project. then we would able to make the brain sharp n ultimately it would supply us much more product.. again for dis we should provide some benifit in the favour of the employee or student . so that they would show or represent their interest to wards the system, project or job.

Every student completed after graduation, he or she getting security job.

To stop brain drain we should first decide in which area we want the best brain(at present in all field I think but have to start from anywhere so knowing the field)to work then seeing from which part flow of brain drain is more there providing some attractive offers job security ,desirable environment to work trying to get best out of them by providing resources and if we are able to compete with scholarship given by others it should also be done..

I would like to share some of the view on the education system that are currently running in our country. We lack a proper and quality education system for our KIDS at the current scenario. Either we dont have school, teacher or enough quality. I believe that GOVT must add up new Kendriya Vidyalaya in every state. Currently this are very few all over India. The state school has very less quality with state syllabus. Currently the KV's are mainly for the GOVT, very little space for common man.

the main reason of brain drain is lack of opportunity. so huge investment is taken in that area. People is always demanding. they like luxurious life. We must stop corruption. In some part of the country the infrastructure is not properly developed. We have to developed it. Huge salary huge be given to them.

In this point of view i must say at first you should strongly control over the terrorism issue.Than demand and gunda text will stop automatically. I think than govt as well as pvt sector of job will develop speedily . After that i think in our places lack of skill-based studies still. That why job facilities are less than other states or countries . Thank you.
