How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Also we need to increase salaries of all teachers to make teaching a sought after profession. Also teachers whether governmet or private should be given tax concessions or other benefits. After all they are building the future nation for us today.

we need to encourage people to send their children to army, airforce and navy. For this we need to make their salaries attractive than all other occupations. Also their electricity, water consumption should be free. Also they should not be charged tax. We need to encourage youth and their parents to join forces by making them feel special. After all we all are enjoying and they are working day and night for us. This will also reduce corruption in forces and police services.

To Fuel / Energy dept. : If we check LPG consumption in aerosol i.e. in deodorants, perfumes , room fresheners etc . If we ban LPG in such products we can save tons of LPG which will be useful for domestic. We are purchasing Rs. 100 to 150 for 75 to 100gm gas in deodrants and wasting it in air. I hope this will help to energy saving / import of LPG.

Hello Sir, I want you do something for new companies in India. I'm an ECE Engineering graduate and I'm building a website which will be much better than Facebook. But because of poor education in India it's hard for me to find a co-developer. Most of the Engineering graudate student don't know how to do any engg. stuff at all. Govt. should encourage both socially and financially young talented unemployed people to gather and form a company so that we can replace foreign services with Indian.
