How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

The harsh reality is that, everytime govt comes in power with luring promises which it fails to keep. If Modi ji could do even half of what he has promised, India will be uplifted from developing to developed nation. We needed an 'Anti-Corruption Abhiyaan' before swatchhata abhiyan. If you want to clean India, you need to recruit 'Safai Karmchari' for that, you need to make proper plan to dump waste, make sewage lines. This abhiyan is nothing more than a drama/hawabazi and this is ground reality.

The main reason behind this problem is Low wage in India. Intelligent brain get lured by the money, which is multiple times they are being offered in India. The countries with developed economy has good infrastructure, attractive lifestyle , proper environment which adds to the brain drain. Corruption at all levels is another major reason for brain drain. The corrupt politician, beurocrats has made the environment toxic for the great brains to survive.

Respected Sir, We have seen the Sukanya Samriddhi Accounts for beti bachao but this is not very useful, i think government should also provide more interest rate of account which is related the Beti, Also government should provide some money from government for his marriage for per account. We can get lot of account for this Sukanya Samriddhi.

Dear PM Sir, Government needs to ease the process and rules around ESI. Due to painful processes, many companies avoid enrolling to ESI - blue collored workers therefore are not on ESI. the Private insurance doesn't work in Govt. hospitals, even if it does companies give small insurance to Blue colored workers, Therefore a big chunk of working population i left with inadequate social benefits despite of they paying taxes.

Hon'ble PM Ji, It can be stopped to create the better working culture and to create a good atmosphere either it a government sector or private. As well as we have to stop exploit of personnel as this is happening in many sectors.

Further to my last post, I would say 80% students are doing MS in foreign to get good job either in Indian or abroad. If they have opportunities at Graduation/Post Grad level for good job, they will not go for higher studies abroad. obviously brain drain will be deferred to some extent.

Brain drain can be stopped if the opportunities available in India are explored properly. First of all retirement age be strictly be 58 instead of 60 through out India.A person of age 58 to 60 yrs can not deliver his all goods though he reaches a hefty salary. Instead he should be given option to nominate a fresh candidate to work in own department/organisation, obviously he will be paid almost 1/3rd salary of 58 yrs person & can deliver his full being young & will not go to foreign for money.
