How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Sir, SSB is a very easy process for testing the candidate’s performance. But at present time, the candidate who is lucky can recommend for this process. Even Sir, if the God is not lucky at time for sitting in the process then he will not clear the SSB Process as these process will applicable for SSB Interview because they seen for luck candidates not checking the candidate’s performance.

Create a government websites where a unemployed candiate can register himself or herself about the field area in which he or she want to do job inorder of preference as well. Recruiter may be private or public sector. This will also measure approx unemployment in india. Youth will be benefited as they can share their desire among all.

Reservation in all sectors to be a abolished. Donation based colleges should retire. Performance based wages should be introduced in all sectors. Brain drain incentives should be started

Minimum wage should be fixed for unskilled, semi skilled and high skilled and also for educated person both for gov , non gov, mnc. Starting wage should be 500 US dollar it will scale up on the basis of education and skill..
