How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

The Question is Why People Migrate ? The Answer is Not only for Money but life Style, Quality of Life & Governance where a normal citizen doesn't face beurocracy, Corruption & red tapeism Babbus & their Brokers. namaskar modi sir, dear modi ji the main issue of these days is unemployment .its my opinion that employment make India economically strong. then what are u doing.and there are no more jobs in private sector and if have any job in private sector then interview procedure is very tough for jobseekers and company has not accepted desired &eligible jobseekers.like most of delhi, noida, gurgaon city companies do not select without any person refrence this is bad policy.

Foreign Trade Policy has so many outdated restrictions and procedures which adds to transaction cost. Please post proactive D G F T to interact with small trade and inspire confidence among trade and know avoidable bottlenecks. Govt has little to credit as far as Foreign Trade Policy and D G F T are concerned.Position is worse today with no decision making in favour of Trade

import policy allows import of seconds/defectives of steel items (ITC(HS)Code 7208 etc only through Mumbai/Chennai and Calcutta. This results in increase in freight for industry in North India besides pressure on road network .This makes industry incompetitive and job cration suffers. Please amend policy DGFT to take action

Collective Existence norm is the dominant factor compelling collective pools of labours, individuals are capable of doing. This slices the jobs into a number of small steps jobs. These steps get final resulting into sequential spiral like multiplication of fine and final steps jobs. In the process jobs index can be made as wide and deep as per the availability of parallel number of performers. That way jobs creation would automatically get linked with leads of the population of skilled workers
