Sir, there is much frustration among youth in India due to multiplicity of examinations. Besides there is problem of bright students appearing in many examinations and getting selected in many and then leaving them time and again. This leads many not so bright students getting frustrated seriously. Something need be done in this regard. Have common examinations and special exams for not sobright students.

Provide our youngsters with what they are going for to the other nations. Just study the conditions in those nations which are gravitating our intellectuals. What if the government construct industries and run with the efficient youngsters, we can reduce brain drain to some extent. Provide land to the interested youngsters after some training and collect reasonable taxes, this can generate employment and income to the jobless and to govt.Rest in next posting.

India was the largest importer of arms in the world in 2013 with an estimated USD 8283 million. does that not seem a bit excessive? Why leave our defense research in the 20th century while running to be a future superpower? Will building a state-of-the-art local arms industry not mean less expenditure outside and more investment in the country's betterment? Afterall, we have 2 disputed borders and spend money on the import of foreign arms to use in these areas!

India is already leading in IT sector. Other sector that has huge potential for growth and comparatively less competition is Arms and weapons. Stop buying small things like guns or launchers from foreign countries! Build them here and employ more people, smarter brains. Other thing that we need to catch up is manufacturing, specially in IT and Automobile sector. Get all those cell phones, computer hardware, car parts, engines be made in India. Let india sell it to rest of world and not vice-ve

Better facilities and education involving practical approach as much as theory will make students more valuable. Establish agencies to help build start ups so that student with new, strange, weird ideas can give it a shot. because some of the best inventions were declared stupid or impossible by the people. Increase salary of teachers and professors, give them grants for R&D.
