when the medical teachers of SMIMER Medical college Surat, Gujarat, who are post graduate doctors are facing problem of salary issue, what would be the situation of other intellectual class of society? when the Govt. municipal corporation can't give requisite salary as par the norms, then how we will stop the brain drain? by saying slogan stop brain drain will not solve the purpose, but paying the justifiable salary the skilled professional staff will certainly stop brain drain.

we the medical faculties of SMIMER Medical college, Surat, Gujarat, run by Surat Municipal Corporation, are not getting salary as par the state Govt revised 6 th pay scale and as par the UGC scales. many of the medical teachers left the jobs and migrated to other states or started private hospitals. we are requesting the authorities since last 3 years, still the discrepancy salary is not corrected.WE ARE THE LEAST PAID MEDICAL FACULTIES IN THE COUNTRY. THIS THE GROUND LEVEL SITUATION IN INDIA.

I am a postgraduate and along with preparation for competitive exams I use to teach some students of std x intead of studying they are wasting their time in making their school teacher happy by different means so that they can get maximum marks which is just wastage of talent of our students

there is no value for intelligent people in India. why a software, engineer, doctor, scientist of Indian origin are working in Foreign countries?. because they are not paid salary, facilities what they deserve. in US majority of NASA scientists and software engineers are of Indian origin- who are contributing to the development of US. these people are patriotic and want to work for the motherland-India. Can the Govt pay the requisit salary to our intelligent people to stop this brain drain?

i am a student who just completed engineering on Electronics And Communication from a private college. and become a Un- employed, in year 2013,2014 we heard about recession we did not faced campus selection , when its over then company tells that we want experienced person, due to that i am not getting chance to work , even if some company gives chance they provide 5k -7k . not only i but my friends are also affected from that , Is there any option for us ? how to face this problem ?
