How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Dear Modi ji, You were elected to replace a non functioning prime minister, if you only try to please people in Parliament, they will ensure to stamp you as a only talking man. These people never wanted you to be in your position. Please have courage to face these opportunists and carry on your work without repeating Delhi election mistakes. To be relevant in power game these people can go to any extent. For them Nation has no meaning. Please stop expecting any cooperation from them. Regards.

Jobs creation pool can be made full simply by availing the values and virtues of Vedic sounds. The reservoir of Vedic sounds is of transcendental index for creation of medicines within our body, and for utilization of Jyoti flow within rays of the Sun for creation of consciousness states and intelligence field. This will make us fully satisfied about our needs of desired number of jobs for our blissful existence during our STOP within the lap of Mother Earth.

There is a big gap in demand and supply of various categories of Staff in Hospital and Healthsector of India. While the demand of trained and qualified manpower is increasing, Central and State Governments donot encourage or support NGOs which can plan and organize training programmes for various categories of Manpower in Hospital sector of India. Training in Hospital sector too is a very neglected area. To promote training, Government should legislate to ensure that deployed staff gets traine

SHRI Modi SAAB ... Do something for our north-east Indian brother and sisters . So that they do not feel that they are neglected by the rest of the India . They need more attention and Control than kashmir because China is Crossing their limits seeing these kinds of weakness..So need to immediately become very powerful and be defensive in every possible right in order to powerfully defend such a huge nation like China if in case of any possible threat. As also said by Sitaraam Achuri of (CPM).

then these people have no option to go for private company and eventually to some other countries which lay less focus on marks and more focus on skills.I have seen students having wonderful marks in 10th 12th getting into IIT but only because he got bad marks in engineering he cant get any job or admission to any higher university. whats frustrates him most is the fact that he is not even allowed to sit for next exams just because he coud not perform well in one single exam of his lifetime.

dear PM in recent man ki baat you said that you never got great marks ..but you are at the highest and most respected position in the country. Sir this makes me draw your attention to one serious problem faced by students who have the potential but fall back only because of poor marks. they are not allowed to sit for many exams. It should not be so because qualifying exam itself is to show potential. This snatches a chance from student who was unable to study earlier but works hard later.

Shri Modi Saab, I think we need to decentralize our AVIATION industry and its manufacturing bases away from BANGALORE to SMART CITIES because this Mega-city is already crowded with AEROSPACE RESEARCH, CONTROL & OPERATIONS. So, it would be great if we can equally distribute the Development to Smart Cities in Eastern regions of our Country to create a good balance between our Mega Western cities to our Eastern Cities. Even today, Kolkata is poverty stricken city. First of all eliminate all Naxals.
