A lot of listed companies try & work on getting loans from 27 PSU Banks thru politician-broker model. Most are unable to pay back. Law is painfully slow for recovery of loans. Central Govt must play active role in eliminating Liquor, Tobacco & Drug menace bcoz youth is addicted to dangerous vices. Imp should b on Character building. Films, Serials, Schools, Music and all relevant platforms should be used to build powerful india. Brain drain can be reversed when foundation of a country is strong. Corruption has eaten confidence of common man. Meritocracy has gone for toss. Honesty is only a Police - not Principle. Drinking liquor is Status symbol.

Tourism is Heart of Job Creation. Millions, young & old can be employed. India needs 1.25 cr jobs p.y. or else severe stress will be on Nation. Govt cannot generate 1.25 cr jobs p.y. India has mindblowing tourism opportunities which can be generated with help of Media, Press, Schools & Music. Huge opportunities exist. It will relieve Govt of employment issues to great extent. We can prevent brain drain in India by setting up Public- Private defence comanies, which would do reserach and manufacturing of arms in India. This has already been notified by govt., but we need to do more. We need to include universisties in this and tell them to do reserach and open up a separate department for defence research in each university (Why should the defence reserach we limited to DRDO only). Fresh engineers can do reserach in these universities as well as the same time work in defence comapnies.
