How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

the inflation for the nation. free givings not to be there for any individual which makes them lazy and idle people, this is a general view any individual knows. In election manifestos any free givings to be stated ,they have to be supported with revenue generation, resource mobilization or forecast to be done.In five years period how that free givings can generate revenues to replace freethings.

My suggestions for the Land Acquisition Bill: 4. For the hospitals, colleges etc in villages, lease the land from multiple farmers and not just one. One farmer should not loose his entire land for the benefit of the rest. If needed reshuffle/exchange the piece of land among farmers. Farmers with more land may contribute more. Once college or hospital is become nonfunctional give back the land to the original farmer/owner.

My suggestions for the Land Acquisition Bill 3. Normally land acquisition and compensation is given according to real-time value. But, farmers do not gain same percentage of interest/benefit on the compensated money over the time as inflation and new market rate after development suddenly go high. Therefore, govt. should include a clause to give a fair percentage of the benefit to farmers as long as his/her land is leased. This should be done by clubbing group of companies in a particular

My suggestions for the Land Acquisition Bill (1/2) 1. Give the land on lease as long as a company is benefiting. If the company is not able to generate job and revenue then hand over the land to other company. 2. Govt. should keep the right to prolong the lease as long as a company is generating jobs and revenue and farmers should not have right to push away the company due to some vested interests. However, if there is no job or revenue then suggestion one should apply.
