It is quite obvious that Indian government employees are not much financially compensated, as we go through the latest news articles. This problem must be rectified by increasing the wages of the INDIAN government employees, without much procrastination.

It is my wish that India must understand its skilled manpower and their net worth. Since the much talented and highly qualified INDIAN nationals are much sought after in advanced countries like USA, U.K., Australia,Gulf, etc., it is quite natural that such Indians flee to foreign countries for better social status, general climate, better lifestyle, higher wages, etc...Resident INDIAN techies are not so held in much respect when compared to Non Resident Indians....This is hidden story

Why to stop brain drain? To understand your concerns -so we can provide you with some good answer..If a person is earning 10/20 times more than what he/she will get in India, why would you like to stop, if you or your country cannot afford this?. Its a personnel choice, so I think that should be respected, to attract talent, create opportunities that people love to work in India.
