Brain to drain can be stop by giving open ground to Entrepreneurs and there should be the system in India that help youth or any one to share Idea and government should provide resource to prove that Idea. If Central or State gov. find that Idea for the national or state welfare than they can accept that Idea and motivate the person to work freely and without fear.

There needs to be more accountability from government education institutions. The level of education and research is sub par. There needs to be more degree courses from other branches available in India. Also, better salary caps can go a long way in encouraging people to stay in India and deter them from seeking better opportunities abroad.

In order to stop this brain drain the premier educational institutions of our nation should receive extra funding in order to enhance their technology and so that they can provide world class facilities to the students who want to pursue their higher studies. Moreover the campus fairs should be organized so that the students get enough opportunities to practice their skills and make a career out of it. The institutes should also try to invite faculties from other countries to share their skills.
