How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

I have received following msg on whats up.1995 से लेकर 2010 तक इस देश के 32 केंन्द्रों के 197 परमाणु वैज्ञानिकों की रहस्यमय मृत्यु हुई है. Govt should star SPG,Intelligence group to protect our Scientist.

In India a lot of electronics engineers are jobless. We do not have any Integtrated Chip (IC) designing i.e. fabrication unit in india because of which India is lacking in this area. It wil be a good idea if we try to establish atleast 4 or 6 IC fabrication units in India. It will stop brain drain as plenty of jobs could be created in electronics. Apart from this it will promote Research work and business in India.

"Branding Make in India" is different, however executing it is entirely different. I suggest than Indian manufacturers should be promoted rather than inviting overseas corporate, Like Indian Bikes, Cars, Computers, Mobile, Furniture, Apparel, Café, restaurants etc. India's such a large consumer market that companies from across the globe come here, do business & make huge profits & take tht back to their countries. Its time to promote Indian Brands & manufacturers: tht'll make India grow.

1. If the working environment in government sector can be improved 2. If research centres stops politics and start world quality research by creating research friendly environment and by evaluating their impact on international communities 3. If education system will train mind and build confidence in them that they can build world quality product themselves in India, instead of going abroad

Generally Indians are not like to settle in outside India. But highly qualified persons are compelled to work out side India due to poor work standards, less salary of government firm.Good Qualified hardworking government employees are not properly recognized. Promotions are based on quotas.Qualified persons are focusing IT sectors especially foreign firms and avoid Civil services, research institutes, for making money

After MBBS it was mandatory for doctors to do rural services. Many of our high profile Academic Institutions (read IIM,IIT etc) produce quality personnel. However most of them go and get settled abroad. It would be great if they could service here for couple of years as the education is highly subsidised.
