How can we stop the ‘brain drain’ wherein we are losing some of the brightest minds to other nations due to lack of suitable opportunities here? At the same time how do we get back those who left India, giving them opportunities whereby they shine and make India proud?

Instead of thinking how to bring back the people who alreadey left, better we stop people who are leaving. Most of the people who go overseas are of 2 types. 1 Highly qualified and there is no enough infrastructure or job for their level 2. People who are underqualified in India and go abroad to get higher education and get some job to earn more. Problem must be solved so that gradually people of both kinds don't leave the country

"Brain Drain" can be stopped only when we recruit under skills and expertise guidelines instead of qualifier parameters. because a person might be good at key-board skills but was recruited under field work as he was qualified in the relevant exams; that person will not show any interest in doing field work but will not leave the job because it is a government job also he will not be able to give his best because he is not appropriate to this field work. Mainly, he/she will loose keyboard skills

Create One sites for government and private company job based on qualification and experience so job seeker search job quickly,When student passed out they faced consultancy which provide jobs but took money from candidate and no jobs given to that candidate this issue solve by this. 1. create job portal categorize based on education. 2. compulsory to private company upload their vacancy on portal. 3. make standard salary rate based on profile. 4. Use Aadhar Based Login system.

The retirement age of the officials should be reduced in order to create vacancies that can accomodate our growing youth population. Also many UPSC cleared candidates after their training try again for better ranks the consecutive years thereby wasting GOI's resources and a prestigious seat.Thereby any candidate who is selected in the UPSC should be barred from appearing again .

The students once they are out of the college after graduation, they go in search of job.But the thing what our software sector offers is only a bpo, call centre jobs that too in the night shifts, where parents dont allow for girls, and they also ask for experience...How can a student who is going to college get an experience...? Without experience they are paid very very less salary, which is less than the pay of a coolie.Sir please this issue very seriously.THANK YOU.
